Departments such as Defense, Commerce, and Treasury report more than 85% of necessary appointments have been made, while agencies like Health and Human Services, Labor, and Homeland Security are nearing or exceeding 90%. At the Department of Veterans Affairs, staffing is reportedly 100% complete.
